Fuck it. I’m desperate. Give me tips, please? Anything! Just tell me what you do to lose weight! And do not tell me to just diet and exercise. I want a fit-friend. I keep looking for like fitness and weight loss buddies but it never works. It’s always akward and never lasts. I need someone who I’m comfortable with. I wanna be able to Skype with them and just rant and exercise together. I don’t wanna feel forced to talk to them just to be nice. I need them to be a friend, not just a stranger who I tell my stats to then that’s it. Ya know?
I lost motivation and stopped for a good few weeks. Fuck me, now I’m right back at square one. I need to start and finish this. I need this done by 2012.
I’ve lost my energy and motivation. I’m always tired and feeling sluggish again.
